Strategic Plan 24-29
Northbank Community Garden Committee has successfully developed a Strategic Plan 2024-2029, capturing our vision, mission and key priorities for the next five years, as well as our longer term aspirations. This plan represents the culmination of extensive community consultation, including focus groups with Council and local businesses, and a comprehensive two-month community feedback campaign in early 2024. We gathered input through online surveys and community stalls at the Bellingen Plant Fair and Bellingen Show.

The final Strategic Plan, completed in 2024, outlines four key priorities: Growing the Land, Building Community Capacity, Supporting Local Enterprise, and Strengthening Our Organisation. It maps our path toward becoming the sustainability learning hub for the Shire while maintaining our core mission of cultivating food resilience and community connections.

We're excited to begin implementing this roadmap for our garden's future and invite the community to join us in bringing this vision to life.

The development of this Plan has been made possible by the generous support of the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal and hardworking local volunteers.
